Fines should be Increased
An overwhelming 82% of our respondents voted in support of increasing fines for butt littering.
Fines, while naturally unpopular, are a necessary part of changing behaviour. Wouldn’t it be nice if no one littered their butts and we didn’t have to worry about what the level of the fines should be?
